Fairway Desert Vista-Valley Views Next to Golf

This unique and cozy space is one you'll be telling your friends about. Downstairs you will walk into an open concept living/dining/full kitchen with everything you need during your stay. The home has a heated garage and lots of outdoor space to enjoy your coffee or wine. One bedroom is located on the main level with a king bed. You will also find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full washer and dryer can also be found on the main floor next to the rear exit to the patio.

On the second floor, you will find an upstairs balcony overlooking the living area that has whimsical decoration and a nomad working space with highspeed internet. Here on the second level is the primary bedroom with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom with full bath. Also, upstairs is the third bathroom and bedroom with two twin beds, and its own private balcony complete with its amazing moonrises.

• Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
• Parking-parking limited to 3 vehicles, one in the garage and two in the driveway
• Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container
• Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
• Pets-keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
• Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in trash container.
