• For snowy adventures, hit the slopes of Powderhorn on the Grand Mesa, Crested Butte, or Telluride via the famous Lizard Head Pass. Explore challenging summer hikes at Black Canyon or enjoy fall colors on a lift in Telluride.
• Whether relaxing in the Hot Springs of Ouray or shopping in downtown Montrose, this home is your perfect base for all your recreation desires!

Centrally located in the city of Montrose. Upon entry, you are welcomed by a homey-feeling living room with a smart tv, comfy recliners, and fun hobby decor. As you venture further in, there is a large, spacious kitchen with every amenity you will need including a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and many other appliances. Sit down at the bar counter or at the dining table to catch up with friends or a play a game.

• Three bedrooms:
  • First bedroom with 2 twin beds
  • Master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached private bathroom
  • Third bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and great view of the nicely landscaped, fenced backyard
• Laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer
• Two-car garage for guest vehicles and storage
• Covered patio in back with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ grill
• Spacious back yard for your furry friend

• Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
• Parking limited to 3 vehicles
• Trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container
• No smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
• Pets must be kept off furniture and beds, exercised outside, not left unattended, and cleaned up after
• Checkout time is 10am, with departure requirements including loading and running the dishwasher, closing and locking all doors and windows, placing used towels on the bathroom floor, checking drawers and closets for personal items, returning furniture to original location, turning off all lights, throwing out all food in refrigerator, taking out all trash, and placing in trash container.
