Unwind in the unique kitchen and living area after exploring Grand Valley's offerings. With room to gather and space to spread out, our fenced backyard is perfect for your furry friend, while the old-fashioned front porch is ideal for sipping iced tea on warm summer evenings!

• Come relax in this beautifully remodeled home. The main floor includes a master bedroom with attached bathroom. A formal dining area off the kitchen allows open communication and entertainment from the 70-inch smart TV. A reading room is relaxing and provides a comfortable space to visit, read, or play games. Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms and a large bathroom. Your furry friends are also welcome. A fenced yard and alley parking are available for your stay as well.

• Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am

• Parking-parking limited to 3 vehicles, please do not block the garage entrance

• Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage can

• Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home

• Pets-keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.

• Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, you may leave food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
