The Home
This spacious home is ideal for families and groups, offering room to gather while still providing space to spread out. The main floor features a comfortable primary bedroom with an attached bathroom, along with a welcoming living area centered around a large 70-inch Smart TV. The kitchen flows into a formal dining space, making it easy to cook, connect, and entertain.
A separate reading room offers a peaceful spot to relax, play games, or enjoy a good book. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms and a large, shared bathroom, perfect for accommodating larger groups.

• Downstairs apartment is rented separately (private entrance)
• Street parking and parking behind home available
• Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with important arrival details. Two hours before check-in, a text message will be sent with the property address and your smart lock door code.
Our goal is to make this a wonderful and memorable vacation for you. Please review the Good Neighbor sign posted in the home for details.

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-parking limited to 3 vehicles, please do not block the garage entrance
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage can
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
Pets-keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, you may leave food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
