• Washer and dryer, outdoor grill and cooking station with comfortable private back patio that is shaded in the afternoons and has solar lighting for enjoying our comfortable Colorado evenings.
• Bedrooms feature ceiling fans, dresser, full size closet and Queen beds.
• The comfortable living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa, 55" smart television with Roku.
• There is a convenient desk area with internet access for those who need to work while they play.
• The bathroom has everything you might need including a hairdryer and make up mirror.
• In the renovation of the home, we opened the kitchen to the living area and provided a cool table space convenient for eating, working and visiting.
• We have a highchair, Pack & Play and baby seat / swing for those with small children.
• The kitchen is equipped with a stainless farm sink, stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, toaster, mixer, all cookware and dinnerware. You should only need to get a few groceries and personal items!

1. Sound-quiet hours 8pm to 8am
2. Parking-private parking is limited to 2 vehicles. More parking available on the street in front of home.
3. Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container.
4. Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home.
5. Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
