Other things to note:

• NO daily room service is provided. Room will only be cleaned after checking out. Extra room service is provided for an additional charge
• Fine for lost or damaged keys: $50/key. Guests will be given PIN and combinations to enter the house and rooms. Do NOT share these access codes to anyone except the people registered on the reservation
• For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid
• It’s recommended to use the hairdryers in the bathrooms. Only use the designated and marked outlet in the bedrooms for ironing and/or hairdryers
• Each reserved parking spot along the shared alley is spaced to fit a Sedan, Compact or SUV. Vans and trucks should be fine if parked as close to the curbside as possible. Please keep this in mind when parking or reserving car rentals. DO NOT block the shared alley. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions
• Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs
• Guests are constantly reminded of the quiet hours and acceptable noise level, but it’s a guesthouse, so please expect some signs of life. Noise-free rooms are NOT guaranteed
• The fireplace in Room #1 is for decorative purpose only
