• PARKING
  1 complimentary parking spot is provided on site (must use the guest pass provided). Metered street parking is also available around the perimeter of the property.

• HOUSE RULES

• No smoking

• Food, drinks, pets, skates and skateboards are not allowed on the tennis courts.

• No yelling from balconies or catwalks.

• Alcohol is only permitted within the condo.

• Any illegal substance on property is cause for immediate removal and/or prosecution.

• No loitering on catwalks or courtyards. No spitting or throwing items off catwalks and/or balconies.

• Do not throw glass down trash chutes.

• Do not hang anything from balconies, this includes towels and clothing.

• No pets are allowed on the property, or there will be a fine.

• No grills or open-flame cooking in the condo/balcony- this is strictly prohibited by the Myrtle Beach Fire Dept.

• Only 1 vehicle per unit inside the fenced area of property. All vehicles must possess a parking pass.

• No events, parties, or large gatherings

• Please report any damages that occur during stay

• There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises.

• Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

• These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.

• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on the platform's policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out.
