PARKING

• This rental does NOT come with parking.
• The Royal Garden building has valet parking available for $50/day.
• Please note parking is managed separately by the building & is subject to change at any time.
• Should you rent a car, the Ft DeRussy Parking lots offer a monthly pass for $225 (if you will have a car for more than 5 nights, this is a great value in Waikiki!), only a 5 min. walk from the building.
• Free street parking is also available around the corner on Ala Wai Blvd., first come/first served basis.

• Close to Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, International Market Place, Diamond Head State Monument and more.

PLEASE READ BUILDING RULES BEFORE BOOKING

• You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.

• A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in.

• A $150 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.

• The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
