Spend the day at your private back yard oasis. Sip a drink relaxing on the loungers, splash away in the pool or practice your putting! Enjoy the fresh catch of the day prepared on the gas grill! There are 2 parking spaces designated in the driveway for this property plus a garage spot. The weekly pool heat fee is $150.00. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not always be reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment except for pool heat fees will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
