The kitchen comes complete with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. For added convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer.
• Relax and Unwind: Each condo includes a private balcony or patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening relaxation while taking in views of the golf course or the surrounding grounds. The unit also features multiple TVs with cable, ensuring entertainment for all guests.
• Flexible Bedding: Bedding arrangements are adaptable to suit different group needs, providing flexibility whether you're traveling with family or friends.

Guest Access:

• Resort Amenities: Guests have access to the community pool and shared tennis courts. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool or a friendly match on the tennis courts.
• Golf Course: Located just across from the River Oaks Golf Course, guests can easily walk or drive to the course for a round of golf. Tee times and golfing activities are available with advance booking.
• Beach Access: While the property is not directly on the beach, public beach access points are a short drive away. The central location of the condo makes it easy to reach various beach spots in Myrtle Beach.
• Other Restrictions: Please note that some resort amenities may require additional fees or advance reservations. Beach access will require a brief drive from the property.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years of age and sign our rental agreement. We do not rent to locals to maintain a peaceful environment for all visitors.
