"Amazing Grace on the Sound" sleeps 13 guests comfortably, with two master bedroom suites and an elevator. All bedrooms have TVs. There are four bedrooms on the main floor:

• Bedroom #1 is a large master bedroom suite with a King-sized bed and master bathroom with walk-in closet.
• Guest bedroom #2 has a single over full bunk bed that sleeps 3 children.
• Guest bedroom #3 has a Queen-sized bed and full bathroom with water views.
• Guest bedroom #4 has a Queen-sized bed and attached shared full bathroom with water views.
• On the main floor is guest bedroom #5 with a King-sized bed and full bathroom. There is a spiral staircase that takes you to the tower with a wrap-around deck with stunning panoramic water views of the Gulf and Sound, futon that sleeps two.

You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen located on the main floor with amazing water views. The kitchen opens into the large dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out and relax. The living room features beautiful furnishings along with a flat-screen television. The guest bath is accessible from the hallway directly off the living room.

On the ground floor you will find a waterfront patio overlooking the Sound and private dock. Just off the patio is a large double car garage which is equipped with ping pong table, games, gas grill and plenty of seating to relax and take in the water views and sunsets. In the garage you will also find a convenient half bath and kayak, paddleboards, beach chairs and umbrella. Discount golf cart rental available.

This home offers many on-site amenities. Let the family get the toys out for a day spent on your own private backyard beach along the shallow waters of the Santa Rosa Sound and under the shade of the house. Fishing, crabbing, dolphin watching are favorite pastimes just a few yards off of the Gulf National Seashore to the West. For wave lovers, grab our boogie board and take a 4-minute walk 2 blocks to the public beach access to enjoy the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Your possibilities are endless for great food and fun with local Navarre Beach restaurants, Pensacola Beach Boardwalk just 14 miles to the West and Destin Harbor Boardwalk 25 miles to the East. Or, avoid the crowds, stay in and enjoy a barbecue from the backyard while listening to the waves and watching the sunset on the deck. We never miss a sunset here, after your first, you will understand why. Then end a calm night gathered around the fire pit for storytelling and s’mores-roasting.
