• Welcome to Snow Day Chalet, the perfect cozy escape where every day feels like a mini vacation, offering 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom that comfortably hosts up to four guests with a plush queen-size bed and a pull-out sectional in the living room.

• The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up everything from quick snacks to hearty meals after a long day of skiing or exploring.

• The Smart TV provides endless entertainment options for those chill nights in.

• Community amenities include a heated saltwater pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and even a small gym for those who like to stay active.

• The free weekend and holiday shuttle to Killington Resort makes Snow Day Chalet the ideal combination of convenience, comfort, and fun for your next mountain getaway.

• We may have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.

• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check-in and check-out. No one will meet you at the property.

• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.

• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.

• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.

• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.

• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.

• The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance.

• The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday weeks only.

• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.

• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups, or events at this property.

• We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals.

• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

• The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views.

• During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting).

• The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and small gym as well as an EV charger.
