MAXIMUM CARS:

• The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 7.
• Car passes are $20 per car.
• Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times.
• The speed limit is 25 miles per hour.
• No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM.

RESTRICTED VEHICLES:

• RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP:

• This home is associated with a Sports Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and a champion Pete Dye golf course.
• A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day.
