Guest access

• 2 bedrooms and 1 detached bath.
• Kitchen: dining set, counter stools, electric range, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. Complimentary hot beverages and condiments.
• FOUR (4) possible reserved parking spots. Upper Unit may also use spots.
• Access to outdoor sittings in the backyard (shared with upper unit).

Other things to note

• NO daily room service is provided. Room will only be cleaned after checking out. Extra room service is provided for an additional charge.
• Fine for lost or damaged keys: $50/key. Guests will be given PIN and combinations to enter the house and rooms. Do NOT share these access codes to anyone except the people registered on the reservation.
• For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid.
• Each reserved parking spot is spaced to fit a Sedan or Compact. SUV should be fine but probably a bit tight. Please keep this in mind when parking or reserving car rentals. Also, only FOUR on-site parking spots can be reserved for each booking. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions.
• Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
• Guests are constantly reminded of the quiet hours and acceptable noise level, but it’s a guesthouse, so please expect some signs of life. Noise-free rooms are NOT guaranteed.
