While not directly serviced by the Inn, you'll enjoy exclusive access to all its premier amenities. Unwind in the Olympic-size pool, indulge in Kensington’s gourmet dining, sip cocktails in the intimate lounge, or browse the locally made boutique featuring honeys and lotions made from Norwich Inn’s own apiary. Treat yourself to a day pass for the Inn’s pool or rejuvenate with professional spa services, paid and by appointment.

• Your cottage suite stay also provides complimentary access to two private residential clubhouses, with seasonal pools (June-Oct approx.), one of which (CH2) is conveniently located right outside your door. Clubhouse 1 features bathrooms, showers, saunas, jacuzzis, seasonal saltwater pools, laundry machines, a small gym, TVs, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and outdoor lounge chairs—perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Its location is up the hill to the right passing a set of villas past the bridge overpass across from the mailbox house. Clubhouse 2 is the one near your suite. It’s very convenient but more private and features all amenities except the gym, sauna, showers and jacuzzi. There is a tiny washer/ dryer closet on the left hand side of the clubhouse. Please bring or wear the pool access devices (bands) for the pool area and clubhouse area access. You’ll share this space’s convenient access with other guests and residents. Walk the verdant trails around the perimeter of the complex and experience the fountains, birdlife, flora, fauna over wooden bridges for a relaxing morning or early evening exercise experience and connection with nature.

• Inside the unit, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space that comfortably accommodates two adults, with room for a third adult or child on the pull-out sofa. The king-size bed promises restful sleep, while a charming French door partition adds a touch of elegance and privacy. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, a family reunion, a peaceful retreat, or a gathering with friends, our unit is equipped to meet your needs.

• For those working remotely, a dedicated desk area and a versatile kitchen island make it easy to stay productive. Additionally, the nearby clubhouse offers a quiet spot with free Wi-Fi, A/C’s, electric fireplaces, half bathrooms (CH2) perfect for catching up on work or simply unwinding. In the cottage, we offer Roku and WiFI with two TV’s one smart in the Living Room. We don’t offer subscriptions or support for apps and their installation, but you may sign into your own account subscriptions to enjoy custom entertainment or the many live TV options including local news. If opting for this amenity, please make sure you sign out before your stay ends.

★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★

• No smoking
• No pets allowed
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Please report any damages that occur during stay
• There will be a fee for lost clubhouse access bands
• Please advise if you notice warning indicators, sluggish batteries so we can attend to it
• There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises.
• Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
• These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
