• The dining table has seating for 6 with 2 benches and 2 chairs.
• The kitchen is equipped with all the basics you will need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a flat screen Smart TV (no cable).
• The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds and a Smart TV (no cable) as well.
• Large bathroom with walk-in shower.
• The unit comes with a washer and dryer as well.

• The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, and cable TV.

• The spacious master bathroom has everything you need to get ready!

• Enjoy the beautiful shower or take a long relaxing bath in the separate bathtub.

• The second bedroom also has 2 queen beds and is just down the hall from the second spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower wash.

• There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

• Accommodates 6 people very comfortably.

• All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high-quality linens.

• Enjoy walking down to the Comal River with private river access for guests or swim in the pool and hot tub!

• Visit Gruene or downtown New Braunfels for shopping, restaurants, and live music.

• Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

• For any reservation outside of that time, the Rockin' R shop is located only 0.5 miles away.

• Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot.

• The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.'

• These units are located next to the dumpsters.

• Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.

• Guests will be allowed 4 vehicles on premise with parking passes and 12 wristbands (max amount allowed).

• This condo has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests.

• This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.

• No daytime guests allowed.

• No RV’s or trailers.

• WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*

• This property has wristbands that need to be returned to our office location upon departure.

• These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed!

• The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time.

• Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers.

• The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.

• Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

• To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.

• This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

• Starter pack of amenities provided until you can shop.

• No perishables are provided.
