2 parking spots at the left end of the driveway, along the wooden fence (do not park to the right as that belongs to the neighbors').

HOUSE RULES

• The property is on a private well with great drinking water, safe for regular use.
• The property is on a septic system.
• DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet tissue down the toilet.
• Sanitary supplies, paper towels, and any products other than toilet paper must not be flushed.
• No smoking
• Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for 1 pet and $75 for a maximum of 2 pets.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Please report any damages that occur during stay
• Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on AirBnB’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.

This property is part of a joint-property with another cottage on the same plot of land, accommodating a total of 15 guests. Please message host directly if you would like to book out both units together.
