• Do not use the fireplace.
• Adult supervision is required for anyone using the tree house or zipline.
• Check outside areas for snakes before letting kids play.
• Do not access the maid's closet.
• Children are not permitted in the upstairs walk-in attic room; entry is only allowed for resetting a breaker when necessary.
• No smoking
• Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for 1 pet and $75 for a maximum of 2 pets.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Please report any damages that occur during stay
• Please stay out of the well house on the property
• Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
