Welcome to Our Custom-Built Family Enclave in Snowmass!

While we embark on an exciting adventure traveling Europe in a camper van with our two dogs, we are thrilled to share our beloved, custom-built 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom + loft condo with you. Having lived in Aspen/Snowmass for nearly 20 years, we designed this home with care to create the perfect mountain retreat and work-from-home space. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

• MAX occupancy: 6 people (including children).

Prime Location:
Our home is in the heart of Snowmass Village, just a five-minute walk from Snowmass Mall, Base Village, and the historic downtown area. You can access the mountains via a private pedestrian bridge, making it easy to hit the slopes or trails. The free public transit system right outside the unit takes you anywhere in Snowmass Village within minutes, and you’re just a 25-minute free bus ride to Aspen (running from 6 am - 2 am).

For those driving, we provide two deeded covered parking spaces for your convenience.

Inside the Home:
Our home was remodeled down to the studs, creating a beautiful, modern space with thoughtful touches throughout.

• Master Bedroom: Located upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, an open-format bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, a TV hidden in the bathroom mirror for movie nights in the tub, and a private sun deck with stunning views of Snowmass Ski Area.

• Second Bedroom: The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and an attached en-suite bathroom with a shower.

• Loft: Perfect for the kids, the loft includes a king bed (with low ceilings) and a movie projector for cozy family nights.

• Living Space: The main living area is designed with comfort in mind—sit back on the comfy couch or love seat by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy a movie on the curved Smart TV with a full cable and movie package. We also have a chess nook, footrests, and swivel chairs for relaxation.

• Entertainment & Dining: Whether you're having a game night with our board games or gathering around the dining table for eight, this space is perfect for family and friends to connect.

• Kitchen: Our open-format kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. With a coffee maker, tea kettle, and stocked basics, you’ll be ready to fuel up for a day of adventure. And don’t forget the grill on the deck for family BBQs!

Amenities:

• Shared Facilities: The complex features a year-round heated pool, an outdoor covered hot tub/spa, an indoor steam room, and a basic gym.

• Laundry: A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience during longer stays.

• Smart TVs & Projector: Our Smart TVs in the living room, bedroom, and master bath give you access to your streaming accounts, while the loft features a projector for movie nights.

Outdoor Space:
Our large deck offers sweeping views of the valley and mountains, with a sitting area for two and a gas grill for enjoying the fresh mountain air with a meal.

Additional Information:

• No A/C: Like many mountain homes, there is no air conditioning. To keep cool, we recommend opening windows at night to let in the crisp mountain air and closing the blinds during the day to maintain the temperature.
• Heated Pool & Hot Tub Access: The pool and hot tub area can be accessed with the key card left in the unit.

Check-In Information:

1. All guests will receive a reservation email and text confirmation from Aspen at the time of booking with a direct contact number.
2. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-in instruction email and text 48 hours prior to check-in.
