Welcome to Lakeside 1483! This huge, recently upgraded 1 bedroom is in the heart of Lakeside Village - where you can enjoy paddle boating in the summer and ice skating in the winter.

This unit is one of the largest one bedrooms in Keystone at 923 square feet. The bright and airy living room features a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, leather furniture, and large floor to ceiling windows with stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals from home, and you can serve your family at the dining table which seats 4 people comfortably with an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar. The private patio boasts stunning views of the lake and Keystone Gulch.

  • The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom, and a private patio entrance with glass doors that open the entire room up to the patio.
  • There is a double sized day bed in the living room that overlooks Keystone's 5 acre lake, and a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.

Lakeside guests receive free access to the Keystone Lodge and Spa which has a pool, hot tubs, large steam room, spa, large fitness center and the Big Horn Bistro and Bar! With easy access to the shuttle you're just minutes from both mountain bases, and all the resort has to offer.

Enjoy paddle boating on Keystone Lake and ice skating in the winter. Within steps of the building, in Lakeside Village, there are also two restaurants, a convenience store, full-service spa, playground, river access, bike path that connects to the Dillon Reservoir and the surrounding towns. The building is close to the Keystone Conference Center. To utilize the Keystone Lodge and Spa use the stairs to the first floor and follow signs marked "Lobby".

OUR ADVANTAGE: All our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
