Different ways to book this property:

1. If it is just 1 couple you will have access to one bedroom. The cost is $200.00 per night with a 2 night minimum.
2. 2 couples have access to 2 bedrooms. The cost is $400.00 per night with a 2 night minimum.
3. 3 couples have access to all bedrooms. The cost is $600.00 per night with a 2 night minimum.

• However you book, you will have full access to the rest of the house.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance:

• Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones).
• The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
• Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
• Place all trash in designated containers.
• No Pets Allowed. Owner is highly allergic.
• Children over 15 welcomed.
