Please report any damages that occur during stay
Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.
Please be aware that a $250 deposit is required per reservation to cover any potential damage to the property. This will be refunded after the checkout inspection.
