  • When you want to be a part of it all but still enjoy quiet solitude, Tarn Landing is just the place for you! Tucked away from the highways and town, and close to the reservoir, you can retreat here after a full day of outdoor activities.

  • It is a quick walk to Starbucks, Natural Grocers, some quick-service restaurants, and a bus stop that can take you to any of the four surrounding ski areas. This split-level condo has a welcoming living room with a gas fireplace, a ready-to-cook-in kitchen, a dining area perfect for enjoying meals together, and a private balcony.

  • The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks, and a bathtub and shower combo. Just outside the bedroom is the second bathroom with a private washer and dryer.

  • Upstairs is a spacious sleeping area with 1 queen-size bed and a twin-over-double bunk. The third bathroom is located upstairs and features a step-in shower. This area sleeps an additional person!

  • The outdoor hot tub is just steps away in the clubhouse.

  • Parking is available for 2 vehicles in an uncovered lot.

  • Located on the north end of Frisco, this property is just a few blocks from Safeway, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, and Walmart for all your shopping needs. Meadow Creek Park is next to the bus transfer station, which in the past has offered ice skating in the winter when the pond is frozen. When the weather warms, you are just blocks away from Dillon Reservoir, bike and walking paths, and many great trails.

No parties larger than the maximum number of guests allowed in the rental at any time. As in your own home, renters are subject to citations for noise violations, etc. handed down by public officials. Remember you are staying as a guest in someone's home, where much investment has been made to make your stay enjoyable; please treat all private property with respect.
