The space:

• Entire top floor unit (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) of a duplex in a historical residential neighborhood.
• Efficient layout and styling, clean and cozy private bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, hangout space, reserved and street parking, peek-a-boo city view, outdoor relaxation.
• Keyless entry. Fast WiFi. Streaming Roku TV. Few minutes to downtown Seattle. Gateway to Bellevue. Ideal for business and casual adventures.

Guest access:

• 3 bedrooms, 3 attached bathrooms (located inside the rooms).
• 3 Queen beds, 3 Twin-size air mattresses.
• In each bedroom: 1 Queen bed, and 1 Twin-size air mattress (provided upon request), Flatscreen TV with Roku channels, folding desk and chair, nightstand and lamp, luggage rack, ironing board, shelf, hangers, trash can, security lock.
• In the bathroom: Hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tumbler, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, trash can, toilet brush and plunger.
• Hallway closet: Extra air mattresses and blankets.
• Kitchen: Dining set, Induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dish rack, cookware, dinnerware and utensils. Complimentary beverages and condiments.
• Three (3) reserved parking spots.
• Outdoor sittings on the patio deck up front.

Other things to note:

• NO daily room service is provided. Rooms will only be cleaned after checking out. Extra room service is provided for an additional charge.
• Fine for lost or damaged keys: $50/key. Guests will be given a PIN and combinations to enter the house and rooms. Do NOT share these access codes to anyone except the people registered on the reservation.
• For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid.
• The unit (888ft2 or 82m2) currently best serves up to 11 people. Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge in the existing beds. We could work out reasonable pricing for additional guests.
• Each reserved parking spot is spaced to fit a Sedan or Compact. SUV should be fine but probably a bit tight. Please keep this in mind when parking or reserving car rentals. Also, only THREE on-site parking spots can be reserved for each booking. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions.
• Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
• Noise-free rooms are NOT guaranteed.
