• KITCHEN & DINING
  Our roomy kitchen boasts modern appliances and plenty of counter space, making it great for cooking and dining. Enjoy relaxed meals at the breakfast bar or dining table—perfect for family gatherings or quick bites. Whether you're preparing a full meal or reheating leftovers, this kitchen has everything you need!

  The parking spot is next to Cabin 1 and has a sign.

• HOUSE RULES

• No smoking

• Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50/pet

• No events, parties, or large gatherings

• To light the fireplace, find the igniter under the fireplace on the drop-down tray. Turn the dial to "on" and hold the ignition—be aware that it ignites quickly, so it might surprise you. The fireplace heats up the unit fast, so please don’t leave it on when you’re not there.

• A lint roller will be provided inside for pet fur.

• Please don’t leave pets unattended if they tend to get anxious, unless they are in a crate.

• Please report any damages that occur during stay

• There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises.

• Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.

• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.
