- Must sign rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking or subject to cancellation.
- Must Be 25 years or older.
- If you choose to bring your dog/s, there is an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $500 per dog. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.
- There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
- All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
