• Please expect construction noise, onsite workers, large construction equipment, no assigned parking as Tarpon Beach Association and condo owners rebuild from Hurricane Ian.
• Pool repairs are expected to be completed by September 2025.
• Landscaping updates will take place throughout 2025.
• Tennis and pickleball completed by July.
• Construction noise may be present as owners renovate their condos.
