THE SPACE

• Recently upgraded with new flooring and furniture. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area means you can seamlessly cook, chat and watch the 60" Smart TV. The sleek kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up breakfast or a gourmet meal. A comfortable dining table for 4, and there is also seating at the bar. A cozy den offers a separate area to relax in front of the 46" flat screen TV and acts as a 3rd bedroom with a large single sleeper-sofa and privacy screen.
• A full-size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

• The elegant master suite boasts an antique king sleigh bed with new, plush pillow-top mattress and quality linens plus flat screen TV and overhead fan. The suite also boasts a vast en-suite bathroom with double basins, garden tub, oversized walk-in shower and screened toilet.
• The cute guest bedroom has 2 double beds, ceiling fan and a 37" flat screen TV plus full en-suite bathroom.

• Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world-class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
