The main living area is warm and inviting and extremely spacious with 2 gathering areas, one has a large section couch, 2 chairs, a faux fireplace and access to the large balcony. The other gathering area features a pullout sofa and a small table for games.

The dining area is elegant with a large round glass top table that will seat 8 easily. Both the living and dining areas are fully open and the kitchen is no exception, this room has loads of counter space including an island perfect for prep-work.

The rest of the kitchen features updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is even an eat-at-bar with seating for 4! The kitchen is fully stocked with great cook and bakeware; it has a toaster oven, duel style coffee maker, instapot, blender, and food processor. Directly off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer!
