The modern kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Relax in one of the two inviting living spaces, perfect for family gatherings or quiet evenings. The large primary suite has an updated walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience. Two additional bedrooms share an updated bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. For entertainment, the cottage includes a ping-pong table, foosball table, corn hole, and bocce ball set, offering endless fun for all ages. • WHAT IS PROVIDED:

  • Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment are not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
  • Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance-free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag.
  • Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
  • Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be the guest's responsibility to provide.

• PET POLICY:

  • Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
  • Please notify the Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
  • Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

• OTHER NOTES:

  • Exterior cameras are for security purposes only.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Fireplace is for decoration only.
