• Enter through the front door into a foyer/hallway with beautiful wood flooring throughout. Step into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, glasstop range, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and double stainless steel sink with disposal.

• The dining table seats six and the living room is nicely furnished with a sofa, love seat, end tables, coffee table, leather recliner, and flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the furnished full-length balcony overlooking the beach.

• The master bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands, lamps, swivel rocker, dresser, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand, armoire, and ample closet space. The second guest room has a queen-size bed, night stand, dresser, flat screen TV, and closet space.

• The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower, commode, and granite-top vanity. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.

• This property has nightly minimum requirements, monthly stays required from January through March, and a 14-night minimum stay during off-season months.
