• Watch a family movie or your favorite team play and relax with views of the backyard and cityscape in our family room located in the center of our open floor plan! Connect your music to our Sonos and enjoy music throughout the house and backyard!

KITCHEN & DINING

• Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen, boasting modern amenities and a sleek design. With ample counter space and stainless-steel appliances, cooking becomes a delight. Gather around the stylish dining area, where a spacious table waits for memorable meals with family and friends. Enjoy panoramic views of the cityscape as you prepare food (or even wash the dishes), delight in the mountain views from the dining table or step outside to the patio for al fresco dining under the stars.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for 1 pet and $75 for a maximum of 2 pets.
• Please remove all pet waste from the yard.
• The backyard is fully fenced, however, because of our location be aware that wildlife including rattlesnakes can come into the yard. Please be observant of all pets and children.
• A daily fee of $50 applies for heating the hot tub. If you'd like to use this service, please inform us in advance so we can arrange it for your stay.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• No loud noises/music past 9 pm.
• Must be at least 25 years old to book
• Pool and hot tub are not fenced or covered – children must always be accompanied by adults in the backyard or in/around the pool/hot tub.
• Please report any damages that occur during the stay
• Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
• These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
• If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.
