We are sometimes lucky to have a moose visit the property! Please enjoy watching from a safe distance and stay inside if you see one — moose can be very dangerous and unpredictable.

  • Garage can accommodate 1 vehicle.
  • The driveway could easily accommodate 2-4 vehicles
  • There's a side gravel section to the driveway that could accommodate an additional vehicle.

  Step outside to discover your own private oasis – a relaxing hot tub where you can unwind under the stars after a day of exploration. Our expansive deck invites you to savor morning coffee with sunrise views or enjoy a BBQ with loved ones against a backdrop of tranquil landscapes.

• HOUSE RULES

  • No smoking
  • Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $75 per pet per stay for a maximum of 2 pets.
  • No events, parties, or large gatherings
  • Must be at least 25 years old to book
  • Please report any damages that occur during the stay
  • There is a $1,000 fee for smoking on the premises.
  • Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
  • These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
  • Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
