There is a trolley stop about a block from the condo which can take you to any of the attractions in Salt Lake City within a few minutes.

Our guests have raved about this location more than any of our other homes.

Travelers looking for modern amenities will love the rooftop patio with its oversized hot tub, fireplace, comfortable lounge chairs, with breathtaking views of the snow-capped Rocky Mountains.

If you feel like staying inside, there is an on-site indoor movie theater that screens free movies from time to time, or you can reserve the whole theater if you'd prefer to do a private movie screening.

There is also a large 24-hour fitness center that has plenty of high-end cardio machines, free weights, and cable machines that will satisfy even the most avid exercise enthusiast.

Parking is free and is located in a secure indoor garage out of the weather.

The condo unit itself is furnished with much nicer furniture and décor than you're going to find in other vacation rentals.

The bed has an ultra-comfortable memory gel mattress, plus we provide several different styles of pillows to satisfy even the most discerning sleeper.

In addition to the several TVs in the common lounges throughout the property, your unit has a large TV in the living room with several streaming services loaded on them that are ready for you to log into.

We provide a deluxe self-inflating Aerobed kit with its own sheets, blankets, and pillows that can be set up in the living room.
