  • This Vacation rental is one block away from a protected sea lion birthing area. This small beach can be viewed from the large ocean view windows of the home. Abundant sea wildlife can be seen when you step out your door or from the comfort of your vacation home and its Cal King bed or reclining sectional in the primary suite.

  • Full bay views are seen from this Ocean View Boulevard home. Watch for dolphins, whales, seals, birds and otters along with sailboats and the sparkling lights that come out in the evenings. An easy 3-block walk to the renown Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row.

    • This attractive home is located in a duplex with cedar-shake siding. The upstairs unit is home to a full-time resident and this lower unit hosts shorter term vacationers. About 6 steps up from the street; a gradual ramp goes from the parking area to the back door. All one level once inside.
    • This 1,150 sf unit enters into a shared common area living room space furnished with a TV, table, chairs, bench and games - a perfect place for gathering for chats, games and meals, or even working from your laptop on the 1000 mb WiFi ultra fast internet.
    • An ocean view lounging area with an L-shaped sofa is located in Bedroom #1 near its TV.
    • The well-equipped eat-in kitchen will help you craft tasty meals at home and when you want to eat out, head either direction along the bay trail to find dining options nearby.
    • A washer and dryer are on hand near the kitchen.
  • Bedrooms and Bathrooms

    • Each bedroom has an equal full bay view from large windows. Remote controls for the window shades allow for privacy and views. Beds have remotes to adjust the heads of the beds for easy sitting up in bed. The TVs have cable service with 125 channels.
    • On one side of the common area, Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
    • The nearby full hall bathroom has a standing shower.
    • On the other side of the common area, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a seating area with sofa near the TV and electric fireplace operated by remote control.
  • Two dedicated parking spaces (one is covered) for small-medium vehicles are provided just to the rear of the building plus free street parking.

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

  • Please note that this is an attached home with respectful neighbors in the unit above. Guests in this home are likewise expected to be respectful of their neighbors.
