The kitchen comes fully equipped with basic necessities like pots, pans, coffee mugs, glasses, silverware etc.

• Parking passes are $40 per vehicle and will need to be purchased via link sent via confirmation email or booking platform.
• (8 Wristbands are provided in the unit upon check-in. They will need to be placed back into basket/on the kitchen counter upon departure for future guest use. They are $3 dollars apiece and can be purchased at the HOA office on L5, if lost. The HOA will replace them for free if they are accidentally broken.)
