The large balcony overlooks a canal where pelicans are usually seen diving into the water looking for their next meal. The fully equipped kitchen features a pass-through window to the balcony and a breakfast bar for casual dining. For more formal dining there is a table which comfortably seats 6 people. In the living area there is a large entertainment system with a mounted flat screen TV for your TV viewing pleasure. Three of the four bedrooms are located on this level. The master suite has a king bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom offers two twins. A full bath with tub/shower combination is between two of the bedrooms. The ground floor living area is accessed through a separate entrance. It features several comfortable seating areas, a pool table with spectator chairs and two sets of sliding glass door overlooking the dock and outdoor seating area. Tucked around the corner is the 4th bedroom. There is a 3rd bath with a shower on the ground level.
