The lakehouse is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with:

• PETS
  Pet Fee - $75 per dog, including emotional support dogs. We kindly ask that only dogs are brought on the territory. This fee helps us cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet.

• EXTRA SERVICES
  To ensure you have the perfect stay, we have prepared a couple of extra services available at a surcharge.

• Community Swimming Pool: We can provide you with 8 passes for the Community Swimming Pool ($25/1 pass)

• COVID-19 SANITIZATION
  Health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

• NO SMOKING INSIDE
  Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee due to payment for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

• NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED
  We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We want to emphasize the ban on fireworks especially. If any are used, the penalty can go up to $2000. We will send the registration form to main guest's email to register with our local community, as per their policies. Guest will need to provide car details and drivers names, who will enter community. Such rules make community area secluded and secure for guests. We require insurance to be paid.
