Take a stroll out and about and be sure not to miss the two secluded wooden boardwalks that pass over the Cypress Pond. Stop along the way to look for the many Egrets, Great Blue Herons, owls, deer and other wildlife that make their home in this premier neighborhood.
The living room features a large flatscreen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and access to a front porch furnished with comfortable patio furniture that includes a hanging bench swing. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator and a dishwasher, plus a breakfast bar with three barstools, perfect for the kids' afternoon snacks. The dining table can seat up to eight guests and there is a table/chair set on the back patio for al-fresco meals. You'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of, each with TVs and one with an en-suite bath, and there is a private washer/dryer to keep everyone's clothes nice and clean.
When you're not down at the beach, take a walk to the amenity center to swim in the shared infinity pool or enjoy the hot tub, sunset deck, or community gym. Use the included six-seat golf cart to get to the beach and more. The home's high-speed internet and free Wi-Fi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. You'll love basking under the central AC and ceiling fans on those hot summer days, and don't forget to fire up the private gas grill to throw a little char on some freshly caught fish!
COMMUNITY: Along the west of 30A, just east of Miramar Beach, you’ll find the luxury gated community that is Cypress Dunes. Here begins the 18-mile bike path that stretches all the way to Rosemary Beach. You will love neighborhood amenities here that include gulf views from the infinity edged swimming pool (seasonally heated for spring and fall school breaks and the holidays), outdoor fireplace, large hot tub, fitness center, and a second-level sundeck overlooking the Gulf & Coastal Dunes Lake. Stroll along the wooden boardwalk and nature trails, have a picnic on the expansive recreational lawn area or get your game on at the tennis courts. For luxury and convenience, Cypress Dunes truly has something for everyone!
BEACH: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is just a mile-and-a-half east of the house, so be sure to bring plenty of sunscreen for your days of fun in the sun. Use the included six-seat golf cart to get there quickly. It’s right across from Stinky's Fish Camp and has restrooms, parking and a lifeguard station.
Beach Highlands Neighborhood Beach Access is on Highland Avenue right outside the gates of Stallworth Preserve subdivision on Stallworth Lake. It is on the western end of Dune Allen Beach. There are no restrooms and only a handful of parking spaces. Walk west a bit past Stallworth Lake and you find yourself on the beaches of the incredible Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.
There numerous other public beach accesses are all along 30A each with its own charm. Finding your favorite is all a part of the fun.
One of the closest beaches is in Topsail State Park, a short one-minute drive/bike from Cypress Dunes. With ample parking and a regular tram shuttle, guests are transported from the park entrance to the beach, all the while passing through old-growth pine forests, sandy scrubland, dunes and wetlands ending up on the Park's pristine 3-mile beach. Note: as this is a state park, there is an admission charge.
DINING AND SHOPPING: Want a break from the kitchen? With close proximity to local restaurants such as Stinky's Fish Camp, The Vue, Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig, and Sunrise Coffee, you can take advantage of the area's best-kept dining secrets. After enjoying your morning coffee or a nice meal, enjoy a leisurely walk or quick golf cart ride to check out various boutique shopping stores to get some local flair for yourself or your loved ones.
OUTDOOR AND OTHER AMENITIES: There is free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi. There is an outdoor gas grill and covered back porch with seating and a front porch with hanging bench swing and comfortable patio furniture.
PARKING: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles behind the unit.
