Arrive through the two-car garage, where you’ll also find an electric vehicle charging outlet for your convenience. Entering the home, a hallway leads you to the lower level, home to the game room—a lively space for family fun and friendly competition. Here, you’ll find a pool table that converts to a ping pong table, a dartboard, and a small kitchenette for snacks and drinks. A sliding glass door opens to the patio with a propane grill, making it easy to enjoy a barbecue between rounds of play. Just off the game room, you’ll find a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo—a perfect retreat for guests seeking a bit of privacy.
Head upstairs to the main floor, where the home opens into a warm and inviting open-concept living area. To your left, there’s a half bathroom for convenience, and down the hall, a laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer stocked with detergent.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, from quality cookware to modern appliances. Gather around the large dining table or spread out in the living room, where massive windows frame the mountain views and a wood-burning fireplace invites you to unwind in comfort.
To the right of the main living space, you’ll discover the TV room, a cozy den with ample seating and a large-screen television for movie nights. Just off this room is a private office, ideal for remote work or quiet reading.
Back through the living room, you’ll find the primary bedroom suite, a serene and spacious retreat with a king-size bed and private loft space above—perfect for reading, journaling, or enjoying a little solitude. The ensuite primary bathroom features a large walk-in closet, soaking tub, and separate shower, offering a spa-like experience in your own mountain haven.
From the living room, step through the sliding glass doors onto the expansive back deck, where the Colorado landscape stretches out before you. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and second propane grill as you take in the mountain air, watch the sunset, or stargaze under the night sky.
Venture up one more level to the third floor, where fun and comfort continue. This space features a collection of board games and cozy spots to gather. There are two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed, and the other with a full bed and twin bed, ideal for families or kids. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo completes this upper level.

Mountain Access & Winter Driving Notice – Please Read Before Booking
Our homes are located in a true Colorado mountain environment. Guests should expect mountain terrain, unpaved roads, steep grades, and limited lighting in certain areas.
Accessing the property — as well as exploring the surrounding area — will likely require driving on dirt or unpaved roads. This is common throughout the region, including when traveling to shops, restaurants, trailheads, and nearby towns.
Vehicle Recommendations
• 4WD is strongly recommended year-round
• AWD with quality tires is typically sufficient in normal conditions
• AWD and 2WD vehicles should carry snow chains during winter months
• Guests must feel comfortable driving in mountain terrain
Vehicle choice and preparedness are the responsibility of the guest. We are not liable for issues related to improper vehicle selection or lack of snow chains.
Winter Conditions
During winter months:
• The county maintains and plows main roads
• We have a local plow service that maintains the driveway
• Ice melt is provided at the home for guest use
Mountain weather can change quickly. Even when main roads are clear, shaded areas may have snow or ice.
Unless there are major road closures or severe weather events that physically prevent access to the property, we are unable to offer refunds due to driving discomfort, vehicle limitations, or navigation errors.
Navigation & GPS
Cell service in the mountains can be limited or unavailable.
