• Optional* - Tenants pay $20 pass per person per stay for the ability to access all of the following:

• Guests must announce their intent to purchase the passes when submitting registration forms (or on Weekdays). The Admin office is closed on weekends, and there is no way to obtain a pass when they are closed. It takes a 20-30 min walk or a 5 min drive from the house to any amenities in different parts of the community.

Guest access

• The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

  • We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Our home is suitable for accommodating them. An extra cleaning fee Applies.
• COVID-19 SANITIZATION
  • The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. For this reason, we conduct a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
• NO SMOKING INSIDE
  • Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will incur a $1,000 fee for Odor Removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
• NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED
  • We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We especially want to emphasize the ban on fireworks.
