• Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a high-performance mattress and bedding, bath towels, and a full kitchenette with all the essentials. To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone.

• Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work. We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program.

• Interested in hosting a sales kick-off or wedding? There is a beautiful event space right on site and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnbs.

• In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room, high-speed internet, and smart televisions. Bringing a four-legged friend along? Ask for one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor! There is also a fenced-in dog park.

• Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays.

HOUSE RULES

2. No events, parties, or large gatherings.
3. Must be at least 25 years old to book.
4. No pets are allowed in this unit. If you would like to bring your pet, please inquire about one of our pet friendly units.
5. Check out is at 10:00am. Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays.
