  The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a counter with 4 barstools, as well as a free-standing bar area with 2 additional bar stools. The dining area features a large wooden table that can seat up to 8 people comfortably. The room is filled with natural light, and the windows offer a stunning view of the surrounding area. Whether you're preparing a meal, enjoying a cup of coffee.   The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, including a sofa and armchairs, as well as a coffee table and side tables. The space is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends, and features modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access. The reverse floor plan of the house ensures that the living room benefits from plenty of natural light and fresh ocean air.

• OUTDOOR SPACE -
  The outdoor area includes a backyard with a gas and charcoal grill for cooking and entertaining, along with beach chairs and toys like boogie boards. There's also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a hammock on the first floor deck to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Additional outdoor seating is available on the deck.

• Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.
