• WHAT IS PROVIDED:

  • Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment are not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
  • Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance-free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag.
  • Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
  • Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be the guest's responsibility to provide.

• BED CONFIGURATION:

  • 3 Queen Beds and 1 Sleeper Sofa

• PET POLICY:

  • Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a 2 dog maximum.
  • Please notify the Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
  • Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

• OTHER NOTES:

  • Cameras are for security purposes only.
  • Boat Trailers are NOT allowed to be left at the property.
  • Only 2 Parking Spots per Unit.
  • Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am (Sunday-Thursday) and 12am to 8am (Friday, Saturday, and Holidays).
  • Pool is open early April to the end of October weather permitting.
  • Maximum of 8 people are allowed.
  • Pets MUST be leashed at all times.
