This modern 4-bedroom house has everything you need for your Kansas City trip. The home is close enough to all of the fun Kansas City has to offer (20 min drive) while being located in a quiet, serene city with a great suburban feel.

Our home offers everything you need to have an incredible vacation, including:

• Outdoor patio and fire pit
• Two decks to lounge on
• Great projector to watch any movie you’d like
• Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, baking sheets, and more
• Cocktail, martini, and wine glasses

Bedrooms:

• 4 total bedrooms with tons of sleeping space
• 1 large bedroom with a king bed and a huge walk-in closet
• 1 bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom
• 1 bedroom with a queen bed
• 1 bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds

Bathrooms:

• Every floor has at least one full bath
• 2.5 baths on the first floor
• 1 bath on the second floor

Outdoor Space:

• Two decks, both with french doors
• One patio space downstairs
• Fire pit

House Rules:

• NO SHOES INSIDE PLEASE
• Due to allergies, no cats allowed
• No loud music or noises outside
• Quiet time from 9PM to 9AM
• Park in the circle drive or driveway in front of the garage doors
• No smoking in the house (smoking of cigarettes allowed outside)
• Vaping is allowed if it's odorless
• Limit 2 dogs per property, $50 per pet
• Pick up after dog
• Late Check Out Fees: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, $500 for any extended time
• Extra Guests: Additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply
