• Kathy's Korner is a pet-friendly mountain retreat located within walking distance of Lake Lodge Beach in Pine Mountain Lake. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers 1,700 square feet of space and is perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing getaway.

• The home features WiFi, four TVs, a DVD player, and central heating and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washer, and dryer. Guests can enjoy the large deck and cook on the gas BBQ (propane not included).

• The home sleeps up to 10 guests in beds with a maximum occupancy of 10, including children.

• Pet Policy

• Community & Access Information

  • Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community with 24-hour security. The Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges a one-time $50 fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is non-refundable and paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

• Additional Details

  • Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
  • This is a pet-friendly home with a pet fee of $75 plus tax per stay.
  • Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
  • A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.
  • Firewood is not provided.

• Parking & Accessibility

  • The driveway accommodates 3-4 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use.
  • This property has both interior and exterior stairways. There are seven steps leading to the front entrance.
