"Kathy's Korner" is next door from "Casa Del Lago" (Unit 4 Lot 45) and just a few houses away from "Lake View Oasis (Unit 4 Lot 47) and "Escape at the Lake" (Unit 4 Lot 49).

No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 10 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 10 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).

LINENS:

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.

Beach towels are not provided.

PETS/ANIMALS:

This is a pet-friendly home. A maximum of 1 dog allowed, with an additional fee of $35 per night, per pet, plus tax.

PET POLICY IS FIRM.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:

Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.

The entire fee goes to PML HOA.

Access permits are non-refundable.

A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

DATED FURNISHINGS:

Please review updated photos taken in 2021. Purchased in 2021: new comforters, duvet covers, rugs and curtains. This house offers dated furniture & decor; the price point is reflective of this + maxoccup12 + location.

OUTDOOR FIRES:

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

GAS BBQ:

Propane not included. Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane for the use of this amenity.

FIREWOOD:

Firewood is not provided for guest use.

STAIRS:

This property has interior & exterior stairways.

There are seven (7) steps to the front door/entrance to this house.

CHILDREN:

Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks.

Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof.

PARKING:

Driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Garage is not available for guest use.

CELEBRATION DEBRIS:

Confetti is not allowed in or around the property.

Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the departure cleaning fee.

Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean any celebration debris.
