Natural leather, wrought iron, and cozy Southwestern-style textiles make for a warm and upbeat vibe, while amenities like the equipped kitchenette, full bathroom, and comfortable bedding keep you relaxed and rested between your adventures.

This studio is dog-friendly! A doggy bed can be made available upon request. There is also a fenced-in dog park.As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside of dogs at our property.

The Factory is pleased to be able to welcome visitors from all around the world! Make yourself at home in one of our beautifully restored studio apartments, featuring original furnishings paired with modern amenities, as you explore everything that the Greater Manchester area has to offer.

Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a high-performance mattress and bedding, bath towels, and a full kitchenette with all the essentials. To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone.

Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work. We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program.

In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room, high-speed internet, and smart televisions. Bringing a four-legged friend along? Ask for one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor! There is also a fenced-in dog park.

Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays.
