Classic design elements like wrought iron, wood grain, and Edison bulbs invoke vintage sophistication, while amenities like the equipped kitchenette, full bathroom, and comfortable bedding have you taken care of no matter where your explorations take you. This studio is pet friendly, a doggy bed and bowl can be made available upon request.

• The Factory is pleased to be able to welcome visitors from all around the world! Make yourself at home in one of our beautifully restored studio apartments, featuring original furnishings paired with modern amenities, as you explore everything that the Greater Manchester area has to offer. Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a high-performance mattress and bedding, bath towels, and a full kitchenette with all the essentials.

• To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone. In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room, high-speed internet, and smart televisions. Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work. We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program.

• Interested in hosting a sales kick-off or wedding? There is a beautiful event space right on site and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnbs. Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays. Please note to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we have security cameras in place in the following common areas: Building lobby, hallways, front and back of the building, parking lots.

HOUSE RULES

1. No smoking allowed.
2. No events, parties, or large gatherings.
3. Must be at least 25 years old to book.
4. Check out is at 10:00am. Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays.
