Note for all reservations:
While staying here, please make sure to follow local ordinances (noise/maximum occupancy and maximum vehicles on site). We also require a signed rental agreement for every reservation and the person signing must be 25 years of age, must be staying at the property and have a copy of the signed rental agreement with them during their stay.

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures, and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared. Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snow plows that clear the roads. 4WD and/or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low profile vehicle you may have difficulties.

Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries).
