• Venus condominiums are currently undergoing a building construction project. The project includes updating the tile and staircases, concrete repair, and waterproofing of the buildings. Due to this project, you can expect to see construction crews on-site, scaffolding, and partial door or window coverings. The work is taking place from January until the end of December, with different buildings being worked on during this time. Work takes place from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. You will hear noise during this construction period. Discounts will not be offered during this time.
