The large center island with stools is a wonderful place to gather for casual meals and chats with the chef; the adjacent dining table is perfect for sit-down meals and games. Upstairs:

• The downstairs bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.

• A full size washer and dryer are on hand, located upstairs near Bedroom #1.

• The one car garage is available for guest parking and another off-street space is in the driveway. Street parking is limited.

• Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
